The federal police will change its policy towards traffic infringement at BRUcargo with the goal to increase safety and security. Starting between Q4 this year and Q1 next year, all infringements against the traffic laws will be fined, non-regulatory vehicles on the public roads of BRUcargo will thus be penalised. BAC is in contact with the federal police and discusses a structured transition as much as possible. ACB wants to come to a solution as a community so we will proactively send information and warnings to the community and will further aim for a constructive solution avoiding disruption as much as possible. Additionally, ACB will guide and discuss with the members how to correctly implement those traffic rules.
Innovation Platform Air Cargo Belgium – powered by CHAMP
As a result of their long-term partnership, CHAMP Cargosystems and Air Cargo Belgium have decided to launch an innovation platform to support innovation within the air cargo community.
The goal is to give access to stakeholders from the Air Cargo Belgium community to share information, ideas, and best practices with the objective to foster innovation. This effort will bring broader collaboration among members to firstly benefit the Belgian community and secondly the wider air cargo industry.
