Key Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for the Air Cargo Belgium airline members.
- Organize sustainability and innovations working groups to gather new project ideas.
- Assisting in data collection and analysis.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders , ranging from large multinationals to small and medium sized family owned business, within and outside the organization to gather project ideas.
- Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Supporting the development of project plans, including timelines and milestones.
- Assisting in the preparation of project status reports and presentations.
- Administrative support for project-related tasks to ensure project follow up.
- Support the implementation of projects within the entire BRUcargo Community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Logistics Management or Business Management
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proficient analyzing and problem solving skills
- Customer orientated
- Team player
- Strong ability to give attention to detail, multitasking and organizational skills
Air Cargo Belgium:
Air Cargo Belgium (ACB) represents the air cargo community at Brussels Airport Cargo. On behalf of airlines, handlers, forwarders, the airport authority and other stakeholders, we set out strategic and ambitious digital and sustainable goals for the development of air cargo. We put in place procedures for improved operations, take the lead in various projects and we get in contact with all stakeholders and government agencies to address topics of common interest. We do this by a strong community cooperation and approach.
