The Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall project coordination (capturing project ideas, drafting project charters, deciding on project scope, setting-up & monitoring project planning, project deadlines and project execution) and supports the ACB management in the project administration and finance. Project Coordinators are expected to show leadership so they can independently organize and lead project meetings and are able to include the right support from colleagues, stakeholders and other partners. The Project Coordinator takes ownership on reporting projects results and keeps track on the timing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans.
  • Organizing, attending, leading and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
  • Showing leadership to assign tasks to colleagues or other relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders, amplifying the visibility and impact of our cargo community.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a collaborative and goal-oriented mind-set and is a team player.
  • Is motivated to work on different projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Takes ownership and can autonomously drive initiatives.
  • Is customer oriented.
  • Has a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or equivalent through experience.
  • Has excellent writing and verbal communication skills fluent Dutch and English.
