At the request of the E-commerce Steering Group and with the validation of the regional Customs authorities in Leuven, a comprehensive document has been drafted outlining the H7 import declaration and control process at BRUcargo.
With the ongoing growth of e-commerce traffic at Brussels Airport, the need for a streamlined and compliant customs clearance process has become more crucial than ever. This document provides a practical overview for operators—recognized customs representatives—on how to correctly handle H7 declarations in line with BRUcargo procedures. It details necessary assumptions, required permits, control steps, and follow-up processes for accurate declaration and clearance.
